As a frequent traveler, I often find myself in need of a convenient transit hotel during my journey. Luckily, Wbf Shinsaibashi in Osaka perfectly fits the bill. With its prime location, the hotel is only 20 km away from Itami airport, making it an ideal choice for quick layovers. the hotel offers easy access to public transportation, allowing me to explore the city effortlessly.

There were dirts on the bedding and rubbish left behind by the previous customer, even after informing the front desk.

This hotel is located in a great area, close to the Shinsaibashi metro station and within walking distance to popular attractions like Dotombori. The staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable with all the basic amenities you need. It's good value for money considering its central location.

The hotel is also very clean and tidy, and the amenities provided such as the free pajamas and Thursdays kimono service were a nice touch. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating in providing assistance whenever I needed it.

The breakfast was amazing and full of Japanese flavours that I just love. The staff was helpful and friendly. One thing that I cherish the most was the location of the hotel, the perfect spot to commute to some tourist destinations and very near to shopping areas.

The room was too small and cramped for my liking, not enough space to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom was too compact and gave me the feeling of being on an airplane.

The hotel is conveniently situated close to many shops and restaurants. the room was sparkling clean and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast buffet which had a range of delicious options.

During our stay at Hotel Wbf Shinsaibashi, we encountered a small issue with the AC in our room. However, the staff promptly provided us with a replacement external fan, ensuring our comfort. The room itself was small, but that's to be expected in Japan. We were impressed by the cleanliness and the comfortable beds. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to multiple train stations and a bustling shopping street nearby. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and convenient location.
